The unlocked version of the HTC Sensation is delivered with Android 2.3 Gingerbread upon shipping to the customer, however new reports states that HTC is currently rolling out a 41MB large update for the phone, bringing it up to Android 2.3.4, and version number 1.45.401.2.
Along with this build version comes a few new features, such as embedded Gtalk video chat. The update itself addresses a few minor bugs, and it enhances the performance, as far as we’ve heard from people who have actually updated their HTC Sensation.
We’ve also heard that people from Romania, Slovakia and Germany has been able to update their phones by now, but please comment in the field below if you live any other place (or in any of those three countries), and you’ve been able to update your phone to the latest Android Gingerbread build!
