Even though Motorola XOOM was released only months ago, rumors regarding a new Motorola XOOM also dubbed Motorola XOOM 2 is already traveling around on the World Wide Web. Some sources, such as Fudzilla reports of a massive display resolution of 2048*536, which leads us to believe that there will be a quad-core processor from Nvidia, called “Kal-el”! Whether it’s true or not will probably be publicly announced by Motorola and Nvidia themselves when the time is right; which probably means not now! They still have to sell the first edition of their XOOM
before they release any information about the 2nd edition.
Motorola 10-Inch Tablet Spec :
- 10-inch screen in a 4:3 format
- 2048*536 Resolution
- Nvidia quad-core Kal-el processor
- Ice Cream Sandwich OS
It’s said to be thinner and more advanced as the Motorola XOOM, and it’s “going to” run on a 4:3 format display. From what we’ve heard, it’ll probably run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich, but since we could expect release at least one or two years from now, saying exactly the Android version is going to be tough. Let’s try to stay updated on the rumors regarding the XOOM 2, as the 1st edition of the tablet is fantastic!
